
I haven’t been through a workout, like this, since the PT we were put through back in Basic Training. At that time I was fresh out of high school. Starting the Insanity workout today brought back a lot of memories.
The fitness test put me through my paces. Surprisingly, I was able to do something in every test. I have a long ways to go, a lot of form to work on and I need to get the exercises right, but I’m on my way and looking forward to tomorrows workout.
Shaun T’s Insanity workout is intense and lives up to it’s name. I can see why it does what it does, it’s no joke! I’ll be blogging updates every day or so and will be adding a new video every 10 days until the journey has been completed.

Hey, congrats! I wanna start this but I was wondering if you knew the whole schedule for 60 days? Like what videos you do each day and when you switch it up (2nd month etc). I can’t find it anywhere on the internet and I haven’t gotten the product yet. Thanks!
I guess the difference between p90 and insanity is one builds muscle more than the other?? Hmmm.. I think I will go withShaun T Insanity

Wow! What a workout and great job man! Its great to see pictures of your success on here. Thanks for sharing. I need to finish the p90x plus before I can get in on this insanity workout craze!

Congrats!! I just now did my day one fit test for Insanity. And boy did it kick my butt!! Im only 22! I have gained a bit of weight since my baby and I regularly work out so I figured if other things along with healthy eating cant take me where I want to be then maybe Shaun T will kick my butt with Insanity!

Completely solid fit test brother! I’m so proud of your effort. You’ll be saying hello to the lactic acid in about 24-36 hours. Take something anti-inflammatory and safe for your ticker to help with all of that. I’m into my 3rd week of P90x and it’s getting better. I’m able to do more reps and have better endurance. My first week was almost embarassing, but it gets better. Great work and I look forward to future updates.
